By signing up, the Member agrees:
1. To use the site to share and source information and opinion and to contribute to the community regularly.

2. That membership is granted at the community administrator’s discretion and subject to the Members continued compliance with the terms of service.

3. Not to create a fictional, false or fraudulent profile, nor pose as another member, nor post content under another members name or under a pseudonym or through a fictional membership of any description.

4. Not to publish any content that is unlawful, copyright, defamatory, untruthful, hateful, profane, racist or morally, politically or religiously offensive to the general community.

5. Not to publish posts or blogs containing overt advertising or promotional content. (To advertise contact info@FourPeas.co.za )

6. That membership of this community is entirely at own risk. Accordingly the member agrees that the community owner and administrator will not be liable for any action or damages arising through the use of this site whatsoever.

7. Not to do anything to compromise the repute, privacy or security of the community site and/or the community owners, administrators or members.

8. Not to use the site to solicit information for the distribution of unsolicited spam or to promote persons, products or services without explicit consent to do so, or use it for any other purpose in conflict with the intentions of the site or the members who join it.

9. That the community owner and/or administrator operate the site entirely at their discretion and may modify its form or cease to host it at any time.

10. The community owners will not be obliged to act against any party.

11. That any material breach of these conditions may entitle the community administrator to delete any offending content and/or the member at the community administrators sole discretion:Report any breach in terms of service to info@FourPeas.co.za
